## Access and setup

Intended access: Assigned account with the required permissions

- A valid learner, staff, section or topic reference where the tool asks for one.

## Workflow

1. Open School AI Tools and select “Photo-based Visitor Verification”.
2. Enter the available image url, claimed name, visitor log id, reference image url fields.
3. Run the tool and check the provider/sample-output banner.
4. Inspect the result and confirm important details against school records.

## Current limits

- The documentation demo uses deterministic fictional sample output, not a live AI provider.
