## Access and setup

Intended access: Linked parent / learner account
- A signed-in account linked to the selected learner or personal staff profile.
- Choose the relevant school, academic session or child before working.


## Workflow

1. Choose the linked child and available teacher slot.
2. Book the meeting and confirm its time.
3. Change the booking if needed.
4. Review family-visible notes and complete a permitted follow-up.

Use the relevant context and operation-specific form in the workspace.

## Current limits

- Only linked children and personal records are available. Staff-only notes and administrative controls are not part of this family screen.
- Child ownership is resolved on the server. Family views omit staff-only notes, rosters and administrative controls.
