## Access and setup

Intended access: Platform administrator
- Platform administrator access.
- Choose the relevant school, academic session or child before working.


## Workflow

1. Upload a supported image and enter its descriptive metadata.
2. Organise it into a folder.
3. Create a crop if needed and select it from the CMS.
4. Archive only when no published, draft or historical version references it.

## Current limits

- Campaign links are tracked only where collection is enabled. In-app reminders do not send outbound messages. Marketing administration requires the platform-admin flag.
