Intended access: Assigned account with the required permissions
- A school account with the permissions shown below.
- Choose the relevant school, academic session or child before working.

Permission keys: calendar:view, settings:update, calendar:create, calendar:update, calendar:delete, communication:manage

## Workflow

1. Review the selected calendar period.
2. Add or update a permitted holiday or event.
3. Check applicability to students and staff.
4. Review working days and RSVP summaries.

- Declaring a holiday requires its own permission. The attendance and timetable workflows use their documented calendar rules.
