## Access and setup

Intended access: Assigned account with the required permissions
- A school account with the permissions shown below.
- Choose the relevant school, academic session or child before working.

Permission keys: fee:view, fee:create, fee:manage

## Workflow

1. Review the academic scope and fee types.
2. Create a structure with installments.
3. Preview eligible students and existing invoices.
4. Generate the reviewed billing.

## Current limits

- A collection record is distinct from online gateway settlement. Adjustment and refund actions require the appropriate permission and validation.
