## Access and setup

Intended access: Assigned account with the required permissions
- A school account with the permissions shown below.
- Choose the relevant school, academic session or child before working.

Permission keys: hostel:view, hostel:create, hostel:update

## Workflow

1. Set up the hostel, rooms and beds.
2. Allocate eligible residents to available accommodation.
3. Record and check out permitted visitors.
4. Open the roll call, mark residents and close the register.

- Capacity and allocation state must be reviewed before assignment. Family notification delivery depends on the available channel.
