## Access and setup

Intended access: Assigned account with the required permissions
- A school account with the permissions shown below.
- Choose the relevant school, academic session or child before working.


## Workflow

1. Open the school plan view.
2. Review current quota consumption.
3. Contact the platform administrator for a plan change when needed.

## Current limits

- Platform access is distinct from a school role. Online SaaS invoice collection and invitation delivery require configured providers.
