The admissions module tracks an enquiry pipeline with counsellor contact attempts, application stages, guardian details, campus visits and document review. Families get an applicant self-service portal through a seven-day capability link: they can save a draft and resume, upload PDF or image documents up to 10 MB, state visit preferences, respond to review feedback and submit.
When an application is accepted, the student is placed directly into student records and the parent receives an account invitation: a 24-hour, single-use link where the guardian chooses their own password.
